KMP through Palwal: an operational ring, read honestly

An operational expressway prices differently from an announced one, and Palwal has both kinds to compare. The KMP is done: its interchanges work, its truck traffic is real, and land near its NH-44 terminus trades on measurable access — minutes to Manesar, Kharkhoda and the western industrial belt — rather than on a rendering. That certainty is why corridor-side parcels here carry firmer asking than parcels near paper projects.

The ring also changed what Palwal is next to. Through the Khalilpur interchange in neighbouring Nuh, KMP traffic has reached the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway system since February 2023 — which is how a Palwal parcel honestly claims DME access, because no DME interchange sits inside this district. And the planning system has noticed: Draft Regional Plan-2041 frames the KMP belt as the NCR's "Central" zone for intensive development. That framing is plan-stage — board-cleared in June 2026, not notified — and belongs in the possibility column, not the price.

The practical reading for buyers: corridor position is now a checkable fact here, so check it. Which interchange serves the parcel, by which approach road, at what actual distance — these separate real corridor land from land with a corridor story.
