About Highline Estates — in Palwal land since 1997

Highline Estates is the land and real estate advisory built on that practice — in Palwal land since 1997, under one principal, Javed. The ground has changed around it: a tehsil town became a district headquarters in 2008, the KMP Expressway closed the ring around Delhi in 2018, and an international airport opened across the Yamuna in 2026. The method has not.

We are not a portal, and there is no inventory wall here: the work starts from a written requirement — walking parcels, reading jamabandis at the tehsil office, tracing mutation chains, and sitting at the registration desk until the deed is done.

The website says in public what the practice has always done in person. Corridor pages carry dated, sourced status on every project that moves land prices here. Location pages carry what we can verify about each tehsil and village. Guides explain the paperwork in plain language. None of it is decoration; all of it is the same advice a buyer sitting across the table would hear.

What we decline matters as much as what we arrange. Parcels whose titles fail our checks are refused, with reasons given. Urgency theatre — countdowns, "only two left", invented demand — has no place in land. A parcel that is right today is right after a week of checking; one that is not survives neither.
