Bhiwadi is a town within Tijara tehsil, so Tijara sits on the edge of Rajasthan's biggest industrial belt and shares its NH-48 connectivity to Gurugram and Delhi — the industrial-spillover thesis is genuine, but a Tijara-town parcel is not a Bhiwadi-estate plot, and the two price differently. The town carries two anchors industry does not explain: the Tijara Jain Temple, a Digambar atishay kshetra whose Chandraprabhu idol was found in 1956 and which draws pilgrims, and the heritage Tijara Fort-Palace.
