Affected villages
Whose ground does this actually touch?
Palwal town, Prithla and the adjoining controlled areas now read from the integrated 2041 plan. Hodal and Hathin keep their own plans — Hodal FDP-2031, Hathin DDP-2031 revised in March 2024. Which document governs a parcel is still the first zoning question, and it is checkable at DTCP.
Implications
What changes now that the 2041 plan is final?
The zoning answer for a Palwal or Prithla parcel is now read from the published 2041 drawing — can this plot host a shop, will this belt be residential, is this field in an industrial or logistics zone. The draft's colours were direction; the final plan's are the plan. A zone on the drawing is still not a licence: a change of land use (CLU) or a colony licence remains a separate, later permission.
Use-change economics can shift inside the plan's urbanisable belts. That is a reason to read the drawing against the khasra before any token, not to pay a "zone premium" on the strength of a WhatsApp map. Ask for the drawing number — DTP (PAL) 141-S/2026 — and check the parcel on it.
Sector-shopping tip that still costs nothing: listings citing "Palwal Masterplan 2031" are misattributing neighbouring plans — Prithla's and Hodal's 2031 documents — to Palwal town. An adviser who has not read the plan index has not read the plan.
Plan questions on a real plot end at the record — our property dealer in Palwal briefs the registration desk, duty and plan status before any token.
Read alongside, on the same record: Mandkola — no separate 2031 plan.

Need a parcel read against the plan?
Send the khasra; we reply with the plan that governs it, the zone it sits in, and what that permits today.
Buying, selling or verifying land in Palwal district and Nuh (Mewat) district — plots, farm land, commercial and industrial parcels — against a written requirement.
We do not take mandates whose only objective is to pressure an owner into a distress or knowingly under-value sale. For a valuation, send the village and khasra first.
Buying: the purpose, village or area, land type and size, budget, timeline, and whether the money is arranged. Selling: village, land type and size, whether you own it alone, jointly or by inheritance, whether all owners agree, asking price, timeline and the documents in hand. Verifying: district, tehsil and village, khasra or khewat, where the deal stands, and what worries you.
Same-day reply in working hours (Mon–Sat 10–7) — urgent: call. Finding land or checking records takes longer. After 19:00 and on Sundays, the reply comes the next working day. Your requirement is restated in writing and the record screened before any parcel is discussed.
Fee and scope are agreed in writing before any work begins. A site visit happens only after the requirement is in writing and a first record screen is done. Nothing is shared outside the practice without your say-so; where a partner is needed, they are named in the written terms first.
